Wonder Girls, Korean Girls Band With 'Nobody' Hits By Alvaro O Butler

This lyric is probably familiar for the people all around the world. It is because this lyric is the part of the song 'Nobody' performed by Wonder Girls. Wonder Girls is the girl band from the South Korea which now starts to debut in America.
The producer who also works as the manager of the Wonder Girls is the singer and also the song writer Park Jin-Young. Wonder girls itself is under the JYP entertainment, the talent agency which published them as the Idol girl band. The members of the Wonder Girls are chosen through the auditions. This girl band was debuted in early 2007. It can be said that their popularity is quickly increasing with their song titled 'Tell Me'. This song was then followed by 'So Hot' and 'Nobody' which are also successes. Those three songs become the number one hit singles.
They started to enter the American market in 2009. The song which is used by them as the lead single is the 'Nobody'. This song has become the first song by the Korean group entering the billboard Hot 100.
It can be said that the Wonder Girls was introduced to the audience through the MTV Wonder Girls, a program which was filmed and directed by MTV. Wonder Girls consists of five members. They are Ye Eun, Sun Ye, Soo Hee, Sun Mi, and Hyuna. However, Hyuna then stops from the Wonder Girls because her parents are worried about her health. She then was replaced by Yubin.
The song which brings Wonder Girls becomes very popular is 'Nobody'. This song has the concept of the Dream Girl. The atmosphere of the song is pop which supports the girl band to dance along. When performing this song, Wonder Girls are using the standing microphone and dressing like the Dream Girl era. The main difference is during the performance, Wonder Girls use the wireless microphone so they still can dance around the standing microphone.
Many of Wonder Girls performances are known in using the wireless microphone systemswireless handheld microphones instead of using the handheld microphone. It is because they concern about the choreography while they are singing. You will find it is rare for them to use the for their performances.
